MLK-S200 is an entry-level learning all-in-one board developed by MILIANKE & Anlogic, Featuring the EG4D20 FPGA. This board is designed to be cost-effective, with low power consumption and high cost performance, making it ideal for users who are sensitive to costs. It offers a rich array of interface resources and is compatible with various expansion card solutions.

Key features of the MLK-S200 include:

• A main chip directly soldered onto the baseboard, forming an integrated development board with a 6-layer PCB measuring 125mm x 80mm.

• Built-in 128MB DDR SDRAM with a 16-bit data bus width, capable of operating at a maximum frequency of 200MHz and achieving a maximum read/write bandwidth of up to 800MB/s.

• Configurable RAM blocks that support various operating modes such as true dual-port, simple dual-port, single-port RAM, and FIFO, with a maximum frequency of 250MHz.

• 16 blocks of 32kb RAM, configurable as single-port or dual-port RAM.

• The eLQFP176 package supports up to 135 user I/Os and features a 0.4mm pin pitch with package dimensions of 30mm x 30mm.

• Optimized pin layout that allows the use of all I/O devices with just a two-layer PCB.

• Support for simple and low-cost SPI FLASH configuration, which can be utilized by the user after power-on configuration.
