The base plate features a variety of interfaces and components designed for high-performance applications. It includes:

• HDMI Interface: 1 HDMI output supporting DVII.0/HDMI1.0 protocol, with a maximum output of 1080@60fps.

• PCIe Interface: PCIE2.0X2, shared with SFP, with 1 set of GTP. Note that SFP cannot be used simultaneously, and the core board 7020 is not supported.

• SFP Interface: 2 SFP+ ports, each supporting up to 6.25Gbps, sharing one set of GTP with PCIE, so PCIE cannot be used simultaneously. The core board 7020 is not supported.

• Gigabit Ethernet: 1-channel PS Gigabit Ethernet and 1-channel PL Gigabit Ethernet.

• FEP Interface: 2-channel FEP high-speed expansion interface, HRBANK, with a total of 96 GPIOS/48 differential pairs. Voltage adjustment can be made by modifying the bottom board jumper cap.

• JTAG Interface: 1 PL JTAG and 1 PS JTAG (reserved and unused) for debugging and downloading using a downloader.

• USB2.0: 2-port USB to serial, 1 PS port and 1 PL port, MINI interface.

• SD Card: One TF card interface and one reserved TF1 card interface (usable when EMMC is not soldered).

• USB Serial Port: The HOST and OTG modes can be freely switched through the jumper cap.

• PL Crystal Oscillator: 100MHZ.

• RS485: Two channels of SP3485EN-L/TR.

• CAN: Two channels of SN65HVD232DR.

• EEPROM: One channel of 24LC02.

• CEP: One 40-pin CEP interface with the option to adjust the voltage by modifying the jumper cap on the motherboard.

• RTC: One channel of DS1337.

• LED: 8-channel user LEDs.

• Button: 4-channel user buttons.

The baseboard connector is DF40HC-100DS-0.4V*4 pieces (connector height 3mm), and the baseboard size is 158mm×100mm. It requires a DC-12V@3A power supply and weighs 112.7g.

This base plate is designed for versatile and high-speed data processing and connectivity, suitable for various advanced electronic applications.
